This Photography License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of date of purchase, by and between:
Photographer: Sandra Brozyna, located at Koningstraat 37 Beverwijk, contact@san.photography.
Client (Licensee)
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Photographer grants Client a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicenseable license to use the photograph(s) solely for the purposes detailed herein.
2. PERMITTED USE
Client may use the Licensed Works for:
Website, social media, digital marketing, print brochures.
Usage outside this scope (e.g. merchandise, resale, logos) requires Photographer’s prior consent.
3. MODIFICATIONS
Client may not edit, alter, or create derivative works from the Licensed Works without prior written permission.
4. TERM & TERRITORY
Term: indefinate.
Territory: worldwide.
5. COPYRIGHT & ATTRIBUTION
Photographer retains all copyright. Client obtains only the rights expressly granted. When feasible, Client will credit as:

6. USE RESTRICTIONS
Client may not:
a) Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the works.
b) Use them in a logo, product, or trademark.
c) Use them in unlawful, defamatory, or pornographic contexts.
7. TERMINATION
Photographer may terminate this Agreement if the Client breaches any terms. Upon termination, Client must cease all usage and remove the works from circulation.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Photographer harmless from any liabilities arising from Client’s use beyond this license.
9. MODEL/PROPERTY RELEASE
If the Licensed Works depict identifiable individuals or private property, Client must obtain and supply any required releases to both parties.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, constitutes the entire agreement. By purchasing any of the products provided by Sandra Brozyna, both parties agree to the terms of the document (stated above).

This is a license, not a copyright transfer. You can’t sell or distribute the images beyond agreed uses.
